Provider onboarding

Everything a provider needs before entering live rotation.

Business profile: business name, phone, email, website, years in business, and a short credibility summary.

Coverage setup: choose service categories and enter the ZIP codes where the business actively wants leads.

Vetting files: upload licenses, insurance certificates, or other documents for private admin review.

Approval gate: no live leads are routed until an admin marks the provider approved.

Pause control: providers can pause new leads when the team is booked out or temporarily unavailable.
