Remember that you may be competing with other Service Providers in your trade, so making a great first impression is important. Remember that your Service Provider Profile is your “sales pitch” to your potential customers. Make it strong, unique and memorable. With that in mind, here are a few suggestions when creating your Service Provider Profile. Be professional. Don’t use slang terms or phrases or try to be funny when describing yourself and/or your business. Describe your business. List the number of years you’ve been in business, whether you are licensed and/or insured, any special skills or expertise you have and the different types of work you provide. Be convincing. Be sure to tell the Consumer why he/she should call YOU instead of someone else that may have contacted them. Show you care. Explain your attention to detail, your protection of their property (when applicable) and how clean you will leave the job. Remember that our support team is ready to answer any questions you have.
